Referral Program Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the participation in Phillips Home Improvements Referral Program ("Program") and govern the relationship between Phillips Home Improvements and participants in the Program.

Eligibility:

Participation in the Program is open to all customers of Phillips Home Improvements who are of legal age in their respective jurisdictions.

Referrer Responsibilities:

2. Referrers are individuals who refer new customers to Phillips Home Improvements.

Referrers must use the designated referral method provided by Phillips Home Improvement's to refer new customers.
Referrers must not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activity when referring new customers.

Referee Responsibilities:

6. Referees are individuals who have been referred to Phillips Home Improvements by a Referrer.

Referees must be new customers who have not previously made a purchase or registered with Phillips Home Improvements.
Referees must fulfill the specified requirements, such as making a qualifying purchase, to qualify for the referral rewards.

Referral Rewards:

9. Referral rewards are subject to change at the discretion of Phillips Home Improvements. The current referral reward details will be provided by Phillips Home Improvements at the time of referral.

Payout and Redemption:

10. Referral rewards may be subject to certain conditions, including a minimum purchase threshold, and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Referral rewards will be processed after the referee fulfills all requirements and when a Phillips representative gives you a time.

Modification and Termination:

12. Phillips Home Improvements' reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice.

Compliance:

13. Participants must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam laws, when participating in the Program.

Privacy:

14. The collection and use of personal information for the Program are governed by Phillips Home Improvements' privacy policy.

Indemnification:

15. Participants agree to indemnify and hold Phillips Home Improvements harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from their participation in the Program.

Governing Law:

16. These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas without regard to its conflict of law principles.
